Everyone has a unique blend of abilities, life influences and beliefs. We are happy to tailor a weight loss program for you. We can begin with an initial consultation to help us spend the time in the beginning to get it right for you, then we can tailor a program to begin at your convenience.


Broadly speaking, we offer the one-off session for those who simply want to try advanced hypnosis and see how you go. Or if you want to get right into losing weight as quickly as possible, we can start with a 3 hour ‘breakthrough’ session and begin at an advanced level to amplify results as quickly as possible. For those who know there is more than one visit needed, why not take advantage of our 1, 3 or 6 month programs (which includes a discounted rate) to amplify results and keep you on track.

The Hypno Boot-Camp

For those who have tried everything but want to give your head an ultimate conscious and unconscious tune up, we offer the HYPNO BOOT-CAMP. Combining this with the 6 month follow up program is our ultimate weight loss plan. It is not for everyone and costs a similar amount to some gym memberships. However, if you truly want to invest in yourself to get the most effective result, we will give you our absolute best to help you get the change you want now.

Change your habits for good

Either way, we will work with you as little or as much as you want. Often when the weight begins to drop off, things you can’t even imagine tend to pop up in your life. Some of these will tend to revert you back to older habits and behaviours. That is why we strongly suggest a brief period of follow-up sessions to prevent you failing again. Once your ideal weight habits are set, food can become more enjoyable, your energy increases, often along with your own confidence and self-esteem. Feeling good in your body and yourself literally feeds itself. Sex can become less stressful, and inhibited. You literally give off a different feeling than being depressed, anxious and feeling fat.
